Meet Otto!
He is a super sweet snuggle bug who loves being spoiled. He is about 4-5 yrs old and 45 lbs of Texas mutt. Hound/Srafordshire mix. He is short and long. Chocolate chip cookie dough color, tater-tot shape make him adorable!
He loves to be around people. He loves belly rubs and kisses. He is super sweet and loves to meet new friends and people. His favorite hobbies are laying in the sun, doing a few zoomies in the yard, laying next to you while you watch movies (don’t forget the popcorn ;) and going on walks. He is accustomed to snuggling with you on the furniture and loves to snuggle in on his blankets. He loves to go on car rides and just settles in for the journey.
He is current on all vaccines, and is on heart guard. He is microchipped, up to date on all shots, neutered, potty trained, leash trained, and knows how to sit, shake, and wait. He responds very well to positive training!
He was found wandering the streets of Texas and that has left him with a little food trauma when another dog is around. He goes on walks along other dogs and treats can be handed out to both of them, sitting together, frequently, with no issues. But if another dog is around and food is on the counter- it can lead to altercations. He will do best in a home without other dogs. While he has shown this issue towards dogs, he has never resource guarded anything from people.
He loves to play! He is very playful with other dogs closer to his size. Large dogs make him uncomfortable and he removes himself from their play area.
He is also crate trained and sometimes just wanders in and chews on his toys. When left alone, he is un-crated in a room with chew toys and our other dog. They can see out the window- he does not bark at the window or at other dogs.
