MOLLY

Molly needs a new home!

Molly is in need of a loving home, where she will be able to spend the rest of her days. She has loved every stranger that she has met. She is a little hesitant towards strangers at first, but once she warms up she is super lovey and loves to cuddle.

She is a 6.5 year old lab red nose pit mix. She is spayed and is up to date with her shots She is housebroken but not very leash trained, she likes to pull and take you for a walk.

She loves children but has not ever been around cats. She loves car rides so she can stick her head out the window, playing in the snow and tanning her coat in the sun. Butt scratches are her favorite and she will give you endless amount of kisses in return.

Molly knows all basic commands, sit, down, stay, shake, and stand if you put your arm out for her for her to grab onto you and she can even crawl for a treat! She is a pretty good listener most of the time except for when she is feeling anxious.

She has a tail that can wag for days on days, due to this, she does have a couple of raw spots at the end of her tail that will bleed sometimes if she’s wagging her tail a lot.

Her previous owners had her for 5.5 years and got a puppy a little over a year ago. Molly and the 1 year old lab got along just fine, they played together and she would even let him lick her ears. But on Monday she bit the him so the owners decided to get rid of her. This was the only time Molly showed serious aggression to another dog other than growling over toys. Since they weren’t able to find a place to re-home her, they scheduled an appointment to have her euthanized.

I took her so she wasn’t euthanized. I wish I was able to keep her but unfortunately due to my current living situation I am not able to.

She is currently in Portland, Oregon and there is a rehoming fee.
